I would definitely come back because I adored the fantastic location.

The hotel was in a comfortable location, close to big shopping center with a lot of services. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe Nader, it was located minutes from the venue.

Everything in the hotel was good and exceeded high expectations. I appreciated the staff, they were nice and amicable people. The venue's location was absolutely perfect and great, in around 15 minutes by taxi with shopping malls and a supermarket within walking distance. Downtown Cancun district was worth exploring.

I stayed at Casa Cielo for one night with my boyfriend. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and easy to find. The room was clean with a beautifully designed bathroom. The property also has a small swimming pool and a patio where you can enjoy your meals. The staff was very kind and even gave me a ride to the station in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its good price, excellent service, and great room.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Cielo. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, with a big shopping center nearby for all my needs. The area felt safe, which was important to me. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as no running water for a half day and a change in access door without warning, the overall experience was positive. The owner was always available to answer the phone and address any concerns.

my recent stay in cancun was amazing, but my stay at casa cielo was even better. the breakfasts at the nearby cafeteria were delicious, the terrace was breathtaking, and the host, jose, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the communication with him via whatsapp was a game-changer. highly recommended!
